Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエーハを水平状態のウエーハホルダに
載置し、その一直径の両端をクランプし、起立さ
せて半導体ウエーハに加工処理を施すものにおい
て、 上記ウエーハホルダの載置面で、少なくとも半
導体ウエーハのオリエンテーシヨンフラツト対応
位置近傍に、突出・退入自在な突起を設け、上記
半導体ウエーハのクランプ時、又は取り外し時に
上記突起を突出させ、半導体ウエーハを支承して
ウエーハホルダから浮かせるようにしたことを特
徴とする半導体製造装置。
