電流源回路から構成された差動増幅回路と、該能
動負荷回路を介して差動出力が導出されて該差動
出力が供給される相補的に接続されたＮＰＮトラ
ンジスタとＰＮＰトランジスタと、振動子とを含
み、該ＮＰＮトランジスタと該ＰＮＰトランジス
タのコレクタが共通接続された接続点にコンデン
サと該振動子が接続され、該コンデンサの他端が
該差動対の第１のトランジスタのベースに接続さ
れてなることを特徴とする発振回路。 (2) 前記差動増幅回路の能動負荷回路が、第１
と第２の電流ミラー回路と該第１と該第２の電流
ミラー回路の夫々の出力段のトランジスタが第３
の電流ミラー回路の出力側のトランジスタとダイ

おり、該第１と第３の電流ミラー回路の出力側の
ＰＮＰトランジスタとＮＰＮトランジスタのコレ
クタの共通接続点にコンデンサと振動子が接続さ
れ、該コンデンサの他端が該差動増幅回路の第１
