After impregnating or holding in such a way, it is baked and sintered. Consequently, the filling rate and the sintering rate of the superconductive substance of a formation body can be raised up to 80% or more without deteriorating the superconductive property of the substance. It can be possible to give a high current density to a superconductive material accordingly.
