Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive material with a high superconductive critical property by impregnating one or more solution selected from solutions of a superconductive substance, and of a superconductive material and a superconductor precursor, in the clearances of a superconductor formed beforehand, and baking and sintering it to fill up the clearances making the true density up to 80% or higher. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive material is impregnated to a superconductive material solved in the water, in a solution solved in a solvent such as ethanol, or in a slurry of fine powder presenting a superconductive property, or held in such a solution by hydrolyzing after impregnation by using an alkoxide salt to the superconductive material. After impregnating or holding in such a way, it is baked and sintered. Consequently, the filling rate and the sintering rate of the superconductive substance of a formation body can be raised up to 80% or more without deteriorating the superconductive property of the substance. It can be possible to give a high current density to a superconductive material accordingly.
