Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain simple circuit constitution by checking whether or not a designated address is coincident with an end address in applying read or write operation of a memory so as to allow an address calculation section to be exempted from the check. CONSTITUTION:When a memory 16 is in the read or write operation, a memory address check circuit 15 compares sequentially a read memory address 22 or a write memory address 23 with an end address 18. When the read memory address 22 and the end address 18 are coincident, the memory address check circuit 15 gives a read end signal 24 informing the fact of reading till the end address of a track to an address calculation section 13. When the write memory address 23 and the end address 18 are coincident, the circuit 15 gives a write end signal 25 informing the write operation till the end address 18 to the section 13.
