Abstract
PURPOSE:To further prolong the service life of an insoluble Pb alloy anode by limiting the amt. of Sn present as an inevitable impurity in the Pb alloy contg. prescribed percentages of In and Ag. CONSTITUTION:This insoluble Pb alloy anode is composed of 0.5-13wt.% In and the balance Pb with inevitable impurities or further contains 0.5-10wt.% Ag. The amt. of Sn among the impurities is limited to <=0.01wt.%. The anode has superior durability and the service life is further prolonged.
