Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent blackening of a soldered portion by a title alloy in case of anodic oxidation treatment as well as improve soldering workability by a soldering furnace by preparing a specific composition containing Si, Zn and Al with above specific purity. CONSTITUTION:This soldering alloy comprises 3.5-5.5% of Si, 10.1-15.1% of Zn and a balance of Al with purity equivalent to or above the second grade of JIS H2102. This alloy does not show blackening of a soldered portion by anodic oxidation treatment and soldering workability is good in case of using the said alloy in hand soldering, of course, and, especially, in a soldering furnace. Moreover, processability by rolling to prepare a soldering wire is not almost changed between 10.1-15.1% of Zn and good.
