Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 工具取り付け用アタツチメントに、先窄まり
    テーパ状突出軸部と、該突出軸部より同軸状に突
    出し且つ先端に係合周鍔を突設させた係合軸部と
    を連設し、工作機械側の工具取り付け部には、前
    記突出軸部が嵌合しうるテーパ状嵌合穴部を設け
    ると共に、該嵌合穴部の内方側に取付穴部を、ま
    た該取付穴部と前記嵌合穴部との間に径大穴部を
    設け、前記取付穴部には、前記係合軸部に外嵌し
    うる端部を有するクランプ用筒状体を軸方向出入
    移動可能に内装すると共に、このクランプ用筒状
    体の外周側における該筒状体と前記工具取り付け
    部との間にクランプ用筒状体を引き入れ方向側に
    付勢するクランプ用ばねを介装し、クランプ用筒
    状体の前記端部には該筒状体の引き入れ時に前記
    係合周鍔と係合して前記アタツチメントの抜け止
    めとなり且つ該筒状体の押し出し時に係合周鍔か
    ら離脱し前記径大穴部側へ変位して前記抜け止め
    を解除するクランプ手段を備え、更に前記クラン
    プ用筒状体を前記クランプ用ばねに抗して抜け止
    め解除位置に押し出す押動手段を備えてなる工具
    クランプ装置。 ２ 前記クランプ手段は、クランプ用筒状体の前
    端部周方向に間隔をおいて貫設された複数のボー
    ル保持孔と、クランプ用筒状体の引き込みにより
    当該保持孔が取付穴部内に没入するとき当該保持
    孔より内向きに突出して前記係合周鍔に係合し前
    記アタツチメントの抜け止めとなり、クランプ用
    筒状体の押し出しにより当該保持孔が前記径大穴
    部に臨んだ状態でこの径大穴部へ外向きに突出し
    て係合周鍔との係合を解除するクランプボールと
    、からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    工具クランプ装置。 ３ 前記クランプ手段は、その内方端部が前記駆
    動用回転体に螺合され、且つ内方端部を残して軸
    方向に延びる複数の割り溝を有し前記係合軸部に
    外嵌してその外向き係合周鍔に外方側より係合し
    前記アタツチメントの抜け止めとなる内向き係合
    周鍔を外方端部に有するクランプ用割りコレツト
    からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の工
    具クランプ装置。
