Claims (1)
- 主軸に連結したスリーブの外周に胴部の一部が
周方向に分割された筒状のコレツトをテーパ嵌合
させ、スリーブの軸心部に作動ロツドを遊嵌させ
、作動ロツドの一端を主軸の軸心部にて軸方向に
移動する駆動体に連結し、作動ロツドの他端をコ
レツトの外端面に当接させてなるコレツトチヤツ
クにおいて、作動ロツドの内端部をその外周に環
状の係止凹部を形成して駆動体の軸心部に嵌合し
、駆動体にその外周から前記係止凹部に向かつて
貫通するピン孔を形成し、ピン孔に該ピン孔より
も若干長寸の係止ピンを嵌合するとともに弾性体
により半径方向外方に移動付勢し、駆動体に筒状
のクラツチ筒を嵌合するとともにクラツチばねに
より駆動体の外端方向に移動付勢し、クラツチ筒
の内周外端部に前記係止ピンの半径方向外端部が
嵌合可能の凹部を形成し、クラツチ筒の軸方向外
方への移動を規制する規制体を設けたことを特徴
とするコレツトチヤツクの作動ロツド連結装置。
