Claims (1)
- 半導体素子を装着したリードフレームを覆う下
型と上型とを位置決めするガイドピンとガイドブ
ツシユを複数有する半導体装置の樹脂封止装置に
おいて、上記複数のガイドピンとガイドブツシユ
は上記下型と上記上型のうち一方の各角面に第１
のガイドブツシユを、他方の各角面に第１のガイ
ドピンを設けると共に、上記下型又は上記上型に
配置されるランナーブロツク又はチヤンバーブロ
ツクのうち一方の両端に対向して第２のガイドブ
ツシユを、他方の両端に対向して第２のガイドピ
ンを設けたことを特徴とする半導体装置の樹脂封
止装置。
