型にリードフレームがセツトされた状態を示す斜
視図、第７図は従来の樹脂封止金型において成形
した場合を示す斜視図である。図中、１はキヤビ
テイ、２は突起、６は内部リード、８は下金型で
ある。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分
を示す。

- リードフレームに半導体素子を塔載して封止す
る半導体素子用樹脂封止金型において、上金、又
は下金にはキヤビテイ端部に近接してリード間に
対応する部分に突起を設けたことを特徴とする半
導体素子用樹脂封止金型。
