- 樹脂モールドされたパツケージと、このパツケ
ージから突出されて曲げ成形されたリードとを備
える半導体装置において、前記パツケージのリー
ド突出面は、リードの曲げ方向側の部位を反対側
の部位よりも突出させたことを特徴とする半導体
装置。
