  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属メツキ相中に超砥粒を分散させてなる
    円板状の電鋳薄刃砥石において、 前記金属メツキ相中には、この金属メツキ相を
    構成する金属よりも脆性の大きい脆性粒子が分散
    されていることを特徴とする電鋳薄刃砥石。 (2) 前記脆性粒子は、前記金属メツキ相中に５
    〜４０ｖｏ１％分散されていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電鋳薄刃砥
    石。 (3) 前記脆性粒子は、その平均粒径が砥石肉厚
    の１／４０〜１／３とされていることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記
    載の電鋳薄刃砥石。 (4) 前記脆性粒子は、脆性物質によつて形成さ
    れた中空粒子あるいは多孔性粒子であることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第
    ２項または第３項記載の電鋳薄刃砥石。
