- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 台金に超砥粒を電着してなる砥粒層を形成
した電着砥石において、前記砥粒層の研削面に複
数の凹部を形成したことを特徴とする電着砥石。 (2) 前記凹部の深さは、超砥粒の平均粒径以下
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の電着砥石。 (3) 前記凹部の砥石周方向の幅は、砥粒平均粒
径の３倍以上かつ砥石円周の１／６以下であるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ま
たは第２項記載の電着砥石。 (4) 前記凹部と凹部以外の砥粒面との面積比は
