Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 砥石基体上に弾性層を固定して平坦な砥粒
層支持面を構成するとともに、金属めつき相中に
超砥粒を多層状に分散してシート状に成形した電
鋳砥粒層を、前記砥粒層支持面に張り付けて固定
したことを特徴とする平面研削用砥石。 (2) 前記電鋳砥粒層の周縁は、曲面状に面取り
加工されていることを特徴とする第１項記載の平
面研削用砥石。 (3) 前記電鋳砥粒層には、周縁が面取り加工さ
れた開口部が形成されていることを特徴とする第
１項または第２項記載の平面研削用砥石。
