体を示す斜視図である。第２図は第１図の砥石本
体に補強板および平面研削盤の円形フランジ部を
取り付けた状態の内部を詳しく示す部分側面断面
図である。第３図は第２図のエキスパンドメタル
の一部を取付部材とともに拡大して示す図である
。第４図は従来の砥石内の金具を示す側面部分断
面図である。 １０：砥石本体、１４：エキスパンドメタル（
多穴金属板）、１８：取付部材、１９：取付孔、
２６：回転主軸。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一方の面において被削材を研削するための
研削平面が形成され、他方の面において平面研削
盤の回転主軸に固定される形式の平面研削用デイ
スク砥石であつて、 所定厚みを有する円板状の砥石本体と、 多数の貫通穴を有し、該砥石本体内において略
全体的に埋設された多穴金属板と、 取付孔を有し、前記砥石本体の他方の面におい
て該取付孔が開口するように前記多穴金属板に固
定された複数の取付部材と、 を含むことを特徴とする平面研削用デイスク砥石
。 (2) 前記多穴金属板は、エキスパンドメタルで
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の平面
研削用デイスク砥石。
