Claims (1)
- 可撓性基材２上に砥粒等の研削材４が全面被覆
された下層６を形成した上に一層または多層から
なる超砥粒７が接着され部分的にのみ所要の形状
の面積を占有し規制的なパターンを形成されてな
る部分被覆された上層８を設けたことを特徴とす
る超砥粒を用いた研摩布紙。
