Claims (1)
- 可撓性基材２上に基礎接着剤層５を介して全面
に被覆される砥粒等の比較的硬度の高い材料４ま
たはその上引き接着剤層５を導電性材料から構成
してなる下層部６と、その上に結合され、全面又
は部分的に配設される超砥粒７との間に金属被覆
層８を形成し、全面又は部分的に固結した表層部
９を設けたことを特徴とする超砥粒を用いた研磨
布紙。
