Claims (1)
- 可撓性基材２上に導電性を有する結合剤３から
なる下層部４を形成し、その上に部分的に基礎接
着剤層５を配設して結合される超砥粒６の間に金
属被覆層７を設けて全面又は部分的に固結した表
層部８を形成したことを特徴とする超砥粒を用い
た研磨布紙。
