Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下記の構成を有する研磨ロール。 (a) 研磨ロールは、複数枚の研磨デイスク１が
積層されている。 (b) 研磨デイスク１は、全体の形状が円盤状に
成形されている。 (c) 研磨デイスク１は、可撓性を有する基材糸
２を、シート状に集合して、円盤状に裁断された
ものである。 (d) 研磨デイスク１を構成する基材糸２の表面
には、バインダーを介して研磨材が付着され、研
磨粒層３が設けられている。 (e) 研磨粒層３は、外表面に研磨粒で凹凸がで
きる状態で、基材糸２に付着されている。 (f) 研磨粒層３の凹凸を平滑にする状態で、研
磨粒層３の表面に表面層４が塗布されている。 (g) 表面層４は合成樹脂製の被膜である。
