- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 薄肉円環状の台金の内周縁に、超砥粒を金属め
つき相で固定してなる砥粒層を電着形成した内周
刃砥石において、 前記砥粒層の台金半径方向の幅を１mm以下に設
定するとともに、前記幅の公差をその幅寸法の１
／１０以下に抑え、さらに超砥粒の金属めつき相
からの突出量を超砥粒の平均粒径の１／３以上に
したことを特徴とする内周刃砥石。
