  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属メツキ相中に超砥粒を分散させてなる
    円板状の電鋳薄刃砥石において、 前記超砥粒として平均粒径１０〜８０μｍの大
    径超砥粒を用いるとともに、１５００Kg／mm２以
    上の破壊強度を有しかつ前記大径超砥粒平均粒径
    の１／２０〜１／２．５倍の平均粒を有する小径
    硬質粒子を金属メツキ相内に分散させたことを特
    徴とする電鋳薄刃砥石。 (2) 前記小径硬質粒子は、超砥粒であることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    電鋳薄刃砥石。
