- 半導体樹脂封止プレスの上型と下型とを締め付
けた後、トランスフアシリンダのプランジヤによ
り金型内に樹脂を充填及び保圧を行う際に、充填
中の最高圧力と保持圧力とを独立して設定可能に
したことを特徴とする半導体樹脂封止プレス用圧
力制御装置。
