Claims (1)
- 中心部に配設した主シリンダと、該主シリンダ
の周囲に配設した複数個の補助シリンダとにより
、上型に下型を締め付ける多数本シリンダ加圧方
式による半導体樹脂封止プレスにおいて、前記主
シリンダおよび各補助シリンダに接続された夫々
の油圧管路に、該シリンダの油圧を個別に制御す
る減圧弁を設けたことを特徴とする半導体樹脂封
止プレス。
