Claims (1)
- 定盤に固定され半導体チツプ封止用のパツケー
ジを形成するキヤビテイを有する上下２つのチエ
イスブロツクと、これら両チエイスブロツクの周
囲に各々配設されかつ前記両定盤に各々取り付け
られた環状のシールブロツクとを備え、これら両
シールブロツク間に型締め状態において圧接され
るシールリングを介装したことを特徴とする半導
体装置の樹脂封止装置。
