である。 図中、２３，２４……定盤、２５，２６……キ
ヤビテイ、２７，２８……チエイスブロツク、２
９，３０……シールブロツク、３１……環状溝、
３２……シールリング、３３……ボルトである。
なお、各図中、同一符号は同一、又は、相当部分
を示す。

Claims (1)
- 定盤に固定され半導体チツプ封止用のパツケー
ジを形成するキヤビテイを有する上下２つのチエ
イスブロツクと、これら両チエイスブロツクの周
囲に各々配設されかつ前記両定盤に各々取り付け
られた環状のシールブロツクとを備え、これら両
シールブロツク間に型締め状態において圧接され
るシールリングを介装し、このシールリングを上
記シールブロツクにネジ止めしたことを特徴とす
る半導体装置の樹脂封止装置。
