Description
第１図は本考案装置の要部の断面略図であり、
容器の凸部と蓋の溝とが当接した時点の様子を示
している。第２図は第１図の状態を経て包装が完
了した場合の断面略図で、上型と下型の押圧によ
り容器の凸部と蓋の溝との嵌合が達成された時の
様子を示している。第３図は従来装置における容
器と蓋の密封が行なわれる直前の様子を断面図で
示したものである。 １……支台、２……吸盤、３……下型、４……
上型、ａ……容器、ｂ……ａのヒサシ部、ｃ……
ａの凸部、ｄ……蓋、ｅ……ｄの溝。

Claims (1)
- 可撓性材質からなる容器と蓋の密封がその周囲
に設けられた溝と凸部の嵌合により行なわれる包
装手段において、吸盤に吸付けられた前記蓋が支
台に置かれている前記容器に向つて降下し、前記
容器のヒサシ部を押える下型と前記蓋の周囲部を
押える上型とにより前記嵌合が行なわれた際に、
前記吸盤と前記支台とが前記容器・蓋の上下面を
内部へ向つて湾曲させるように突設されているこ
とを特徴とする余剰空気排出包装装置。
