Claims (1)
- プランジヤーにより加圧されたポツト内の樹脂
を、ランナ及びゲートを通り、リードフレームを
配置したキヤビテイ内に流入させて、リードフレ
ームに取付けた素子を、樹脂封止するようにした
トランスフアーモールド用金型において、キヤビ
テイのゲート側で、且つ、リードフレームの素子
取付とは反対側に、キヤビテイに連通する樹脂溜
り部を設けたことを特徴とするトランスフアーモ
ールド用金型。
