Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 柱脚と、その上に支持された座席と、背も
    たれ支持材により高さ調整可能に支持された背も
    たれとを有し、前記背もたれ支持材が一方では前
    記背もたれに、又他方では前記座席に結合されて
    いる椅子、特に事務椅子において、 前記背もたれ支持材が内部及び外部の支持材部
    分によりテレスコープ状に構成されており、前記
    背もたれ支持材には、互に相対して異なつた配置
    になつている前記両支持材部分の解放可能な施錠
    のためのロツク装置が設けられていることを特徴
    とする椅子。 (2) 前記ロツク装置は、付勢されたバネにより
    ロツク装置に解放可能に押しつけられていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載の椅子。 (3) 前記ロツク装置がボールノツチ構造によつ
    て形成されており、前記外部支持材部分に保持さ
    れている球が、前記内部支持材部分の中のいくつ
    かのくぼみのうちのそれぞれ１つに押しつけられ
    ることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載の椅子。 (4) 前記ロツク装置が、前記球の支持のための
    斜面を持つた滑動板を有することを特徴とする、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の椅子。 (5) 前記滑動板が、付勢された前記バネを用い
    てロツク位置へ押されており、この位置で前記球
    が前記斜面により前記内部支持材部分の方向に押
    されていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第４項に記載の椅子。 (6) 前記バネが、更に両支持材部分の分離防止
    装置として作用することを特徴とする、実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の椅子。 (7) 前記バネの端部は、前記外部支持材部分の
    スリツトに弾性的に付勢されて係合しており、該
    スリツトに内部支持材部分の切欠きが付設されて
    いることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第６項に記載の椅子。 (8) 前記背もたれ支持材はベローズにより囲わ
    れており、該ベローズは前記背もたれから前記座
    席まで達つしていて、そして、前記ロツク装置の
    操作ノブにより貫通されていることを特徴とする
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の椅子。 (9) 前記背もたれ支持材の、前記操作ノブに相
    対している側に、前記ベローズに適合する充填材
    が設けられていることを特徴とする、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第８項に記載の椅子。
