Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は引出し式冷蔵庫に係り、特に引出し
式容器の引出し構造の改良に関するものである。
従来、松下電産(株)製のNR−253HV形冷蔵庫に見
られる、この種引出し式冷蔵庫は、第４図に示す
ように扉と連動する第１容器１１と扉と連動しな
い小物用の第２容器１２をそれぞれ引出し自在に
配設していた。このためこの第２容器１２は扉４
を引出した際、扉と連動していないので冷蔵庫本
体内に残るという問題があつた。また引出し扉
は、一般に冷蔵庫下部に設けられているので、上
記第２容器１２内の収納食品等が見えにくいとい
う問題があり、気を付けていないと、第２容器に
食品等を収納してあることを忘れてしまい、最悪
の場合は食品を腐らせてしまうおそれがあつた。
この考案は上記欠点を除去することを目的とし
たもので、扉を引出した際、これと連動して第２
容器も引出し可能にした冷蔵庫を提供しようとす
るものである。
以下、一実施例に基づいて、この考案を詳細に
説明する。
１は冷蔵庫本体で、内部を３室に区画して上部
を冷凍室、中央部を冷蔵室及び下部を野菜室とし
て構成している。２，３は上記冷凍室及び冷蔵室
前面開口をそれぞれ開閉自在に閉塞する扉体、４
は上記野菜室の前面開口部に開閉自在に装着され
た引出し部を形成する引出し式扉で、この扉の裏
面に一端を固定され、他端にローラ５を装着した
左右フレームと後部フレームからなるフレーム８
が配設されている。９はこのローラ５を回動支持
する固定レールで、冷蔵庫本体内両側にそれぞれ
固定するとともに、この固定レールの前端付近に
上記フレーム８を摺動支持する固定ローラ１０を
配して引出し構造を構成している。
１１は上記フレーム８内に着脱自在に載置され
た第１容器、１２はこの第１容器１１内に収容さ
れ、上面両側フランジ１３に前後方向に摺動自在
に支持された第２容器である。
１４はこの第２容器１２が後方に摺動できるよ
うに第１容器１１の背壁の１部に形成された切欠
部、１５は上記第１容器の左右フランジ１３の後
部に設けたストツパ、１７は上記第２容器の左右
フランジ１６の上面に設けた凸部で、上記ストツ
パ１５に当接することにより、第２容器１２が第
１容器１１より脱落するのを防ぐとともに容器双
方が連動するストツパーとして作用する。１５は
冷蔵庫本体内背面に突設した凸部で、引出し扉４
を閉塞した際、上記第２容器１２背面に当接する
ような高さに形成されている。
この考案は以上述べたように構成しているから
引出し扉の開閉時に第２容器は第１容器とともに
引出されるので、第２容器内に収納された食品を
見ることができ、食品等を収容し忘れて腐らすお
それはなくなるのみでなく、第１容器内の後部に
収容された食品、即ち第２容器の下部の食品を取
りだす時は、第１容器の背面を切欠いているので
第２容器を後方に十分摺動させてから食品を容易
に取りだすことができ、第１容器に設けたストツ
パー機構により第２容器が脱落する虞れもない。
さらにこの状態で扉をそのまま閉塞すれば冷蔵庫
本体内背面の凸部にて第２容器が当接し、第２容
器は第１容器の所定位置にセツトされるなど実用
価値の高い冷蔵庫を提供することができるもので
ある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案による引出し扉を備えた冷蔵
庫の斜視図、第２図は第１図の要部断面図、第３
図はこの考案による第１容器１１第２容器１２の
斜視図、第４図は従来例を示す第２図に相当する
断面図である。 なお、図中同一符号は同一、または相当部分を
示し、１は冷蔵庫本体、４は引出し扉、８はフレ
ーム、１１は第１容器、１２は第２容器である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷蔵庫前面に開閉自在に装着した引出し扉４、
    この扉の裏面に取付けた左右フレームと後部フレ
    ームからなるコ字状のフレーム８、このフレーム
    内に載置された第１容器１１、この第１容器内に
    配設され、背面を切欠いた第１容器の左右フラン
    ジ１３摺動支持される第２容器１２、この第２容
    器の左右フランジ１６の上面に設けた凸部１７、
    この凸部に、当接するストツパ１５を上記第１容
    器の左右フランジ１３の後部に備え、引出し扉を
    引き出したとき第１容器に連動して第２容器が引
    き出され、閉鎖したとき、冷蔵庫内背面に上記第
    ２容器背面が当接所定位置に配置されるように構
    成したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
