Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、車両用灯具に関するものである。
一般に、車両用灯具において、疑似点灯現象が
生じることがある。これは、太陽光線が灯具にあ
たると、レンズを通過して灯具内に侵入し、リフ
レクタで反射されると共に再びレンズを通して外
部に放射されるためであり、あたかも灯具が点灯
しているように見える。このような疑似点灯は、
他のドライバーの判断を誤まらせて交通事故を引
起こすことがあり、きわめて危険である。

本考案は、上記の事態に鑑みてなされ、疑似点
灯を防止できるようにした車両用灯具を提供する
ことを目的とする。

この目的を達成する本考案の構成は、所定の間
隔をあけて多数のLEDを取付けたプリント基板
と、このプリント基板に取付けられ、内面側に前
記LEDに対応させてレンズカツトが形成された
レンズとを備え、前記プリント基板の内面側に光
線吸収用のコーテイングを施したことを要旨とす
るものである。

以下、図面に基づき、本考案の実施例を具体的
に説明する。図において、１は灯体ベースとなる
プリント基板であり、所定の間隔をあけて多数の
LED２が取付けられ、通電によつて発光可能と
なつている。３はプリント基板１に装着されたレ
ンズであり、内面側に前記LED２に対応させて
レンズカツト４が形成されている。レンズカツト
４は、第３図に示すように魚眼カツト状の略半球
体の頂部をカツプ状に凹ませた形状を呈し、前記
LED２はカツブ状の凹部４ａに臨み、かつレン
ズカツト４の中心軸４ｂ上に位置するようにして
ある。５は前記プリント基板１の内面側に施され
た光線吸収用のコーテイングであり、この場合前
記レンズ３の赤色と補色関係である緑色に塗装さ
れている。

本考案に係る灯具は上記のように構成されてる
いるので、太陽光線８が入射すると、レンズ３を
通過して赤色光となり、この赤色光は前記緑色の
コーテイング５により吸収され、一方前記レンズ
カツト４部に入射した太陽光線はLED２に至る
が、反射されることはなく、この結果太陽光線に
よる疑似点灯は生じない。また、非点灯時に生面
側から見るとコーテイング５部分が黒く見えるの
で、非点灯状態を明確に視認することができ、点
灯時には、LED２からの光線がレンズカツト４
で拡散され、或いは非レンズカツト部を通過し、
強いコントラストの赤色光として視認することが
できるのできわめて明確である。

コーテイング５により吸収され、一方前記レンズ
カツト４部に入射した太陽光線はLED２に至る
が、反射されることはなく、この結果太陽光線に
よる疑似点灯は生じない。また、非点灯時に生面
側から見るとコーテイング５部分が黒く見えるの
で、非点灯状態を明確に視認することができ、点
灯時には、LED２からの光線がレンズカツト４
で拡散され、或いは非レンズカツト部を通過し、
強いコントラストの赤色光として視認することが
できるのできわめて明確である。
以上説明したように、本考案によれば、灯体ベ
ースとなるプリント基板に光吸収用のコーテイン
グを施したので、灯具内に入射した太陽光線を吸
収することができ、これにより疑似点灯現象を防
止し、安全性の高い車両用灯具を提供することが
できる。また、点灯時と非点灯時のコントラスト
が強くなるため、視認性を向上させ、車両用灯具
としての機能を高める効果がある。

できる。また、点灯時と非点灯時のコントラスト

としての機能を高める効果がある。

Claims (1)
- 所定の間隔をあけて多数のLEDを取付けたプ
リント基板と、このプリント基板に取付けられ、
内面側に前記LEDに対応させてレンズカツトが
形成されたレンズとを備え、前記プリント基板の
内面側に光線吸収用のコーテイングを施したこと
を特徴とする車両用灯具。
