  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体基板の周辺部にボンデイングパツドを配
    設し、中央部には内部ゲートを、そしてこれらの
    ボンデイングパツド群と内部ゲートとの間には入
    出力セルを配設した集積回路において、 ボンデイングパツドと入出力セルの各々を同じ
    大きさにして基板周辺部の各辺に一定数配列し、
    結線相手のないボンデイングパツドに対する入出
    力セルは未配線としてこれらのボンデイングパツ
    ドおよび入出力セル領域をスペーサとしてなるこ
    とを特徴とする集積回路。
