- チツプの周辺部にパツドと保護回路構成素子を
含んだ保護Ｉ／Ｏセル部を配置し、チツプの中央
部にトランジスタ基本回路を含んだ内部ゲート部
を配置し、保護Ｉ／Ｏセル部と内部ゲート部の間
の領域に入出力回路構成素子を含んだＩ／Ｏトラ
ンジスタ部を配置してなるゲートアレー。
