Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に整列配置された複数の発光ダイオ
ードチツプと、この発光ダイオードチツプの発光
面上方部分において曲率を有し、前記発光面に密
着してこの面を完全に封止すると共に、全体とし
て空洞のない一体化した透明樹脂からなる封止体
を具備したことを特徴とする発光ダイオード・ア
レイ・ヘツド。
