を設けたｐ型或いはｎ型の半導体で構成したこと
を特徴とする、ＬＥＤランプ。 (2) 抵抗チツプがシリコン半導体製であること
を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
記載のＬＥＤランプ。
発光ダイオードに対して直列に接続した半導体製
抵抗チツプを設置したものにおいて、この半導体
製抵抗チツプを両端面にｐ＋層或いはｎ＋層だけ
を設けたｐ型或いはｎ型の半導体で構成したこと
を特徴とする、ＬＥＤランプ。 (2) 抵抗チツプがシリコン半導体製であること
を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
