  1. 部分的に発光接合を有する化合物半導体と、該化合物半
    導体の表面の少なくとも光導出部を除く部分に設けられ
    た電極と、少なくとも電極の１部を露出させ光導出部を
    覆う樹脂被膜とを具備し、露出した部電極部分を配線を
    施こすための領域とした事を特徴とする発光ダイオード
    素子。
