Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はスクリーン印刷に使用するスクリーン
版に関するものである。
従来、この種のスクリーン版は画像のゆがみを
補正する部分を有していないので当然、補正がで
きない、この為に印刷の諸条件に対応できなく、
又、枠の強度が弱い等の為にギヤツプ、印圧の影
響で当該枠がゆがむことが往々にあり、その結
果、印刷された画像がゆがむ等の欠陥があつた。
本発明は斯る欠陥を解消した新規のスクリーン
版を提供することを目的とするものである。
尚、図に示す実施例はスクリーン枠１の各辺３
の幅より横幅が広い逆Ｕ字形樋状のサポート部材
８をスクリーン枠１の各辺に跨ぐ状態で被着する
と共に当該サポート部材８に於ける一方側壁９の
両端部および他方側壁９′の中間部にスクリーン
枠１への取付と同スクリーン枠１の変形個所を正
しい状態に戻す調整を兼ね果す三本のネジ１０，
１０′，１１を内外方向に向かつて進退自在に取
付けこれ等１０，１０′，１１の内端がスクリー
ン枠１の内外面を押圧するようにしたものであ
る。
本発明は上記のような構成であるので予め所定
の方法で検知した画像のゆがみを補正するにはス
クリーン枠１に於ける同補正に適する対象の辺に
存するネジ１０，１０′，１１を進退させる操作
を行つて同対象辺の直線度等を変更し、仍つてス
クリーンの経糸および緯糸を僅かに伸縮させて画
像のゆがみを失くする等の用法に供するものであ
る。
本発明は上記のようにして画像のゆがみの捕正
をなすことができ、またサポート部が補強機能を
果してギヤツプ、印圧の影響によつて枠がゆがむ
ことを阻止するものであつて、所期の目的に完全
に果す優れた効果を奏するものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ スクリーン枠の各辺に跨ぐ状態で被着された
    逆Ｕ字状のサポート部と、このサポート部に於け
    る一方側壁の両端部および他方側壁の中間部に内
    外方向に向つて進退自在に取付けられて内端がス
    クリーン枠の内外面を押圧するネジとを備えたこ
    とを特徴とする印刷用スクリーン版。
