Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はスクリーン印刷に使用するスクリーン版に関す
るものである。
従来、この種のスクリーン版は画像のゆがみを補正する
部分を有していないので当然、補正ができない、この為
に印刷の諸条件に対応できなく、又、枠の強度が弱い等
の為にギャップ、印圧の影響で当該枠がゆがむことが往
々にあり、その結果、印刷された画像がゆがむ等の欠陥
があった。
本発明は斯る欠陥を解消した新規のスクリーン版を提供
することを目的とするものである。
尚、図に示す実施例はスクリーン枠（１）の各辺（３）
の幅よシ横幅が広い逆Ｕ字形樋状のサポート部材（８）
をスクリーン枠（１）の各辺に跨ぐ状態で被着すると共
に当該サポート部材（８）に於ける一方側壁（９）の両
端部および他方側壁（９）′の中間部にスクリーン枠（
１）への取付と同スクリーン枠（１）の変形個所を正し
い状態に戻す調整を兼ね果す三本のネジａｌ　ｔｌｌ　
’αυを内外方向に向って進退自在に取付けこれ等ネジ
αＩ　ａ（１’αυの内端がスクリーン枠（１）の内外
面を押圧するようにしたものである。
本発明は上記のような構成であるので予め所定の方法で
検知した画像のゆがみを補正するにはスクリーン枠（１
）　Ｋ於ける同補正に適する対象の辺に存するネジαＩ
Ｑυ′αυを進退させる操作を行って同対象辺の直線度
等を変更し、のってスクリーンの経糸および緯糸を僅か
に伸縮させて両像のゆがみを失くする等の用法に供する
・ものである。
本発明は上記のようＫして画像のゆがみの補正をなすこ
とができ、またサポート部が補強機能を果してギャップ
、印圧の影響によって枠がゆがむことを阻止するもので
あって、所期の目的を完全に果す優れた効果を奏する亀
のである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. スクリーン枠の各辺に跨ぐ状態で被着された逆Ｕ字状の
    サポート部と、このサポート部に於ける一方側壁の両端
    部および他方側壁の中間部に内外方向に向つて進退自在
    に取付けられて内端がスクリーン枠の内外面を押圧する
    ネジとを備えたことを特徴とする印刷用スクリーン版。
