Claims (1)
- 栽頭逆錐台型の成形品を成形する射出成形金型
において、型締め時にはその先端が金型パーテイ
ング面の一部を構成し、型開き工程過程終期にエ
ジエクターバーに押されて成形品に当接しこれを
突き出す第１のエジエクターピンと、金型コア部
をこの根元から先端部に摺動自在に貫通し、かつ
型締め時にはその先端が金型コア面の一部を構成
し、その根元側の太くされた係止部がエジエクタ
ープレートに設けられた凹部に遊嵌可能に嵌合さ
れてなり、型開き時には第１のエジエクターピン
による成形品突き出し工程よりも遅れてエジエク
ターバーに押されて成形品に当接し、これを突き
出す第２のエジエクターピンとを設けてなること
を特徴とする射出成形金型。
