Claims (1)
- 固定用金型と移動用金型とでキヤビテイを形成
し、このキヤビテイ内に合成樹脂を射出して成形
した後、上記移動用金型を移動し、上記キヤビテ
イ内に成形された製品を上記移動用金型に設けた
エジエクタピンにより突き出すように構成された
合成樹脂射出成形用金型に於て、エジエクタピン
の端部を位置せしむる移動用金型の壁面に凹部を
形成し、成形時にエジエクタピンの端部を凹部の
底面とほぼ面一にし、製品突出時に上記凹部に形
成された肉厚部をエジエクタピンが押圧するよう
に構成したことを特徴とする合成樹脂射出成形用
金型。
