Claims (1)
- 射出成形材料を射出するために用いられ、先端
部１００ａの外形が先細りのテーパ状に形成され
たノズル１００と、このノズル１００の先端部１
００ａが挿入し得る先細りのテーパ状開口部８ａ
が形成された上金型８と、該上金型８と組合わさ
れて、成形すべき製品の形状に合わせたキヤビテ
イ１１を構成する下金型１０とを具え、前記ノズ
ル１００から射出される射出成形材料の射出圧力
により前記上金型８のテーパ状開口部８ａの内面
が前記ノズル１００のテーパ状の先端部１００ａ
の外面に密着され、また、前記上金型８に、成形
品のスプール部となる導入口を形成しないことを
特徴とする射出成形機。
