に挿填した入子型によつて形成する３プレート式
の成形金型において、 固定型ベースに対して所定ストローク分接離自
在なランナーストリツパープレートおよびこのラ
ンナーストリツパープレートに対して所定ストロ
ーク分接離自在な前記固定型板を設け、 前記固定型板に挿填した固定入子型の背面に対
応した前記固定型ベース部に適宜な間隔をおいて
複数本のランナーロツクピンを立設し、 前記ランナーストリツパープレートには前記ラ
ンナーロツクピンが摺合する貫通穴を設け、 前記ランナーロツクピンの長さを型閉じ時に先
端がランナーストリツパープレート面から突出し
ない寸法に設定し、 前記固定入子型背面に、前記ランナーストリツ
パープレートに設けられているスプル穴と前記ラ
ンナーロツクピンのうち適宜に選択されたランナ
ーロツクピンとを結ぶランナー溝と、該ランナー
溝と成形品キヤビテイとを連通するランナー穴と
を形成したことを特徴とする成形金型。
