【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の分野し 本発明は、遮光用量ント、土木用/−ト、果物用コンテ
ナー用シート、穀物乾燥用シート、各種補強剤などの幅
広い用途を有する網状シートに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
熱可塑性合成lt−11iの延伸テープの両側に該延伸
テープよりも低融点の熱可塑性合成樹脂層を設けた多層
テープで織物を製造することはすでに知られている。例
えば、実公昭53−49902号明FJ’f書には、こ
のようなテープを用いて、織布を織り、外側の熱可塑性
合成樹脂を融点以上の温度で加熱して縦(黄のテープを
熱圧着して織物シートを製造することが開示されている
ここで用いる経糸及び緯糸は、多層テープの内部に延伸
テープが1枚設けられたものであるから、該経糸と緯糸
を用いて製造した織物シートは、腰が弱く遮光用量ント
、土木用シート及び各種補強剤などとして用いる場合に
強度不足となるという問題が生じている。また、織物を
織る際や織った織物を保管しておく場合にシートの腰が
弱くシートが歪んだりして、生産製が低下するといった
問題があった。
上記問題を解決するためには、経糸や緯糸を構成する延
伸テープや低融点の熱可塑性合成樹脂層の厚みを厚くす
ることが考えられるが、この方法では所望の強度が得ら
れない。特に、厚い延伸テープを製造すると、得られる
延伸テープの厚みが不均一になるという問題が生じてし
まう。
こ発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 従って、本発明は、腰が強くシート形状の保持製が極め
て優れた網状シートを提供することを目的とする。
〔問題点を解決する手段〕
本発明は、網状シートを構成する経糸又は緯糸としてポ
リオレフィン樹脂製の2枚の延伸テープの間及び外側に
該ポリオレフィン樹脂よりも低融点のポリオレフィン樹
脂層を設けた構造の多層テープを用いると上記問題点を
有効に解決できるとの知見に基づいてなされたのである
すなわち、本発明は、ポリオレフィン樹脂製の2枚の延
伸テープの間及び外側に該ポリオレフィン樹脂よりも低
融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層を設けた構造の多層テープ
を経糸又は緯糸とし、残りを前記多層テープ又はポリオ
レフィン樹脂製の1枚の延伸テープの両側に該ポリオレ
フィン)針脂よりも低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層を設
けた構造のテープとする網状織物シートの経糸と緯糸の
交点が熱融着されていることを特徴とする網状シートを
提供する。
本発明において、経糸及び緯糸として用いる5層構造の
多層テープ及び3層構造の多層テープの芯材を形成する
延伸テープ及び該延伸テープよりも低融点のポリオレフ
ィン樹脂層は、いずれもポリオレフィン樹脂、例えば、
高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリ
エチレン、ポリプロピレンなどによって形成される。こ
こで、低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層は、芯材の延伸テ
ープを形成するポリオレフィン樹脂よりも、融点が15
〜35℃、好ましくは、20〜30℃低い樹脂で形成す
るのがよい。本発明においては、経糸と緯糸の両方とも
が、ポリオレフィン樹mlの2枚の延伸テープの間及び
外側に該ポリオレフィン)封脂よりも低融点のポリオレ
フィン樹脂層を設けた構造の5層テープであるのが好ま
しい。又芯材を高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンと
し、低融点のlt指層を低密度ポリエチレンとするのが
好ましい。
本発明においては、上記5層テープの2枚の延伸テープ
が異なった材質であってもよいが、製造上同じt材質と
するのがよい。
尚、本発明において、芯材の延伸テープ及びその外ff
]!Iに形成する低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層の厚み
は任意とすることができるが、延伸テープ及び低融点の
ポリオレフィン樹脂層の厚みをそれぞれ15〜55μm
X1〜5μm、好ましくは、20〜45μm、2〜4μ
mとするのがよい。又複層テープの幅は任意とすること
ができるが、1〜4μmとするのが望ましい。
本発明で使用する3層構造の多層テープでは両側に前記
低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層を接着させることによっ
て形成させることができるが、2台の押し出し機を用い
た複合ダイス中で延伸テープとなるポリオレフィン樹脂
の両側に低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂を融着させ、複合
ダイスから押し出して積層テープとした後、これを延伸
して製造するのが好ましい。又、本発明で使用する5層
構造の多層テープは、芯材の2枚の延伸テープの間と外
側に低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層を接着させることに
よって形成させることができるが、上記3層構造の多層
テープを複合ダイスから押し出して積層テープとした後
、所定の幅にカットしこれを2枚重ね低融点のポリオレ
フィン樹脂層を加熱接着させ、次いでこれを延伸して製
造するのが好ましい。この際、押し出しをインフレーシ
ョンで行ってカットすると簡易に2枚重ねのものが得ら
れるので好ましい。
ここで、芯材の延伸倍率を4〜12倍、好ましくは5〜
8倍とするのがよい。尚、本発明において、芯材の延伸
テープ及びその外側に形成する低融点のポリオレフィン
(封脂層の厚みは任意とすることができるが、延伸テー
プ及び低融点のポリオレフインド(脂層の堕みをそれぞ
れ15〜55μm11〜5μm%好ましくは、20〜4
5μm12〜・1μmとするのがよい。又5層テープ及
び3層テープの厚みをそれぞれ35〜130μm117
〜65μm、好ましくは、60〜90μm、30〜45
μmとするのがよい。なお、多層テープの幅は[壬意と
することができるが1〜4 mmとするのがよい。
本発明の織物シートは、上記の多層テープを経糸及び緯
糸とし織機で織った後、経糸と緯糸の交差点を熱融着し
て製造される。ここで、熱融着は低融点の熱可塑性合成
(☆(脂が溶融するが延伸テープが溶融しない温度で行
う。
本発明の織物シートは、上記の方法により、経糸と緯糸
との間にスペース、例えばO,OO2〜〜1.2 ci
、好ましくは0.02〜0.8Cイの正方形、直方形な
どのスペースを設けるのがよい。
本発明の織物シートには、織物シートの外側を形成する
低融点の熱可塑性合成樹脂層に無機充填剤を含有させる
ことができる。該無機充填剤としては、酸化珪素、炭酸
カルシウム、タルク、カオリンなどがあげられる。これ
らのうち、酸化珪素、炭酸カルシウムが好ましく、特に
好ましくは酸化珪素であり、低融点のポリオレフィン樹
脂層中に0.1〜1重量%(以下、%と略称する。)、
好ましくは0.4〜0.6%含有させるのがよい。又、
平均粒径が1〜8μm好ましくは2〜5μmの無機充填
剤を用いるのがよい。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、腰が強くシート形状の保持性が極めて
優れた網状シートを提供することができる。又、本発明
の網状シートは、経糸と緯糸との交差点が接着されてい
るので、使用に際して目庇れしないという特性をも有し
ている。
次に実施例により本発明を説明する。
〔実施例〕
実施例1 第1図に本発明の網状シートの概略図を又第1図のA 
−A断面図を示す。ここで、網状シートl:ま、5層構
造の経糸2及び緯糸3から織られており、交点4て熱融
着され経糸と緯糸との間にスペース5が形成されている
。経糸2及び緯糸3は、同一材料で形成されており、該
糸を構成する多層テープ6の断面図を第3図に示すが、
2枚の延伸テープ7.7の間及び外側に延伸テープを構
成するポリオレフィン樹脂よりも低融点のポリオレフィ
ン樹脂層8.8.8が形成されている。
ここで延伸テープ7は、高密度ポリエチレン(融点13
4、密度0.960)を7倍に延伸した厚み35μm:
幅2mmであり、低融点の熱可塑性合成樹脂層8は、低
密度ポリエチレン(融点 134℃:密度0.920の
厚み2 t−t m :幅2 mmのテープである。
上記の多層テープは、次のようにして製造した。
先づ、直径200 mmのダイスに、高密度ポリエチレ
フ用の押出機と、低密度ポリエチレン用の押出機とを連
結した。低密度ポリエチレンはダイス中で2つに分岐さ
れ、高密度ポリエチレンの両側に配置されて、ダイスか
ら出てくる。これを冷却して3層テープとした後、連続
工程でス’J ソ)して2枚重ね、次いて低融点の熱可
塑性合成樹脂層を加熱接着させ、これを延伸して製造し
た。
上記の多層テープを経糸及び緯糸とし織成て織った後、
経糸と緯糸の交差点を107℃に加熱して熱融着た。
実施例2 経糸として高密度ポリエチレン(融点109℃、密度0
.960)延伸倍率7、厚み35μm、幅2mmの延伸
テープを芯材として用い、その両側に酸化珪素を0.5
重量%添加した低密度ポリエチレン(融点109℃、密
度0.920)延伸倍率7、厚み35μm、幅2 mm
のテープを融着した3層構造の多層テープとしたほかは
、実施例1と同様にして網状シートを製造した。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)ポリオレフィン樹脂製の2枚の延伸テープの間及
    び外側に該ポリオレフィン樹脂よりも低融点のポリオレ
    フィン樹脂層を設けた構造の多層テープを経糸又は緯糸
    とし、残りを前記多層テープ又はポリオレフィン樹脂製
    の1枚の延伸テープの両側に該ポリオレフィン樹脂より
    も低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層を設けた構造のテープ
    とする網状織物シートの経糸と緯糸の交点が熱融着され
    ていることを特徴とする網状シート。
  2. (2)経糸と緯糸の両方ともが、ポリオレフィン樹脂製
    の2枚の延伸テープの間及び外側に該ポリオレフィン樹
    脂よりも低融点のポリオレフィン樹脂層を設けた構造の
    多層テープである特許請求の範囲第(1)項記載の網状
    シート。
