この発明は、テストステロン−５ａ−リダクターゼ活性
阻害作用を有するγ、δ−ラクトン誘導体およびγ、δ
−ラクタム誘導体を含有する養毛料に関するものである

性阻害作用を有するシクロヘキセノン誘導体を配合した
養毛料として、例えば特開昭５９−５３４１７号、岡５
９−５３４１８号、同５３４１９号、同５９−５５８１
２号、同５９−５５８１３号、同５９−５５８１４号な
どに記載のものが知られている。

おいて、γ、δ−ラクトン誘導体およびγ、δ−ラクタ
ム誘導体がシクロヘキセノン誘導体に劣らぬテストステ
ロン−５１−リダクターゼ活性阻害作用を有することを
見いだし、この発明を完成した。 この発明の養毛料は
、次の一般式［式中、ＸＣ１ＮＨ，Ｎ−Ｒ２まｆｓはｏ
、Ｙｔｉ（ＣＨｚ）ｚ、（ＣＨｚ）ｉ、ＣＨ＝ＣＨまた

−’Ｍ）およびラット前立腺（ＳＤａ性ラブラット〜８
週令の前立腺を摘出し、ホモジナイズしたもの、蛋白と
して０．８１ＩＩｇを含む）の混合物（５６５ｘｌ）に
加える。他方、コントロールとして、試験化合物を除く
上記の混合物を調製し、３７＠Ｃで３０分間インキュベ
ートする。

ビラン−２−オン９・・・５−ｎ−ヘキシル−２，５−

ピラン−２−オン 試験方法： 試験化合物の１０％エタノール溶液（１０ｘｌ）を、ジ
チオスレイトール（１＋ｉＭ）、燐酸ナトリウム（４０
ｗ＋Ｍ）、ＮＡＤＰ）ｌ（５０ｊＭ＞、トリチウムラベ
ルしたテストステロン（１，２，６，７−３）１−テス
トステロン、８５−１０５ｃｉ／ｍ１ｍｏｌ、 Ｎｅｗ
Ｅｎｇｌａｎｄ Ｎｕｃｌｅａｒ社製、２．２Ｘ１０
−’Ｍ）およびラット前立腺（ＳＤａ性ラブラット〜８
週令の前立腺を摘出し、ホモジナイズしたもの、蛋白と

反応液を酢酸エチル（Ｉｎ＋１ ＞で抽出し、その５０
Ｉｉｌをシリカプラスチックシート（Ｍｅｒｃｋ社製、
Ｋｉｓｅ１ｇｅ１６０ Ｆ２５４）に付し、酢酸エチル
とシクロヘキサンの混液（１：１）で展開する。プラス
チックシートはテストステロンと５−ジヒドロテストス
テロンのバンドを分離し、それぞれのバンドはＡＱＬＩ
ＡＺＯＬ−２（ＮｅｗＥｎｇｌａｎｄ Ｎｕｃｌｅａｒ
社製、５ｍ１）中でシンチレーションカウンター（ＰＡ
ＣＫＡＤ ＴＲＩ−ＣＡＲＢ ４５３０）を用いて放射
線活性を測定する。コントロールに対する５トジヒドロ
テストステロンの生成比から、５Ｃ−リダクターゼ活性
の阻害率を算出した。
Ｉｉｌをシリカプラスチックシート（Ｍｅｒｃｋ社製、
Ｋｉｓｅ１ｇｅ１６０ Ｆ２５４）に付し、酢酸エチル
とシクロヘキサンの混液（１：１）で展開する。プラス
チックシートはテストステロンと５−ジヒドロテストス
テロンのバンドを分離し、それぞれのバンドはＡＱＬＩ
ＡＺＯＬ−２（ＮｅｗＥｎｇｌａｎｄ Ｎｕｃｌｅａｒ
社製、５ｍ１）中でシンチレーションカウンター（ＰＡ
ＣＫＡＤ ＴＲＩ−ＣＡＲＢ ４５３０）を用いて放射
線活性を測定する。コントロールに対する５トジヒドロ
テストステロンの生成比から、５Ｃ−リダクターゼ活性
の阻害率を算出した。

ビタミンＥを順次加え、さらにかく押下にイオン交換水
ならびに香料、着色料および保存料を適量ずつ加えて溶
解し、澄明な溶液を得る。

ビタミンＥを順次加え、さらにかく押下にイオン交換水
ならびに香料、着色料および保存料を適量ずつ加えて溶
解し、澄明な溶液を得る。
