Claims (1)
- 一つの不純物拡散層から取出される外部端子接
続配線が絶縁膜を介し前記一つの不純物拡散層と
同一導電型の他の不純物拡散層上を通過する布線
構造を備える半導体集積回路装置において、前記
外部端子接続配線の線幅が少なくとも前記２つの
不純物拡散層を跨ぐ領域において前記半導体集積
回路装置に要求される電気的特性を満足するに必
要な線幅以上の広幅に設定されることを特徴とす
る半導体集積回路装置。
