Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発呼操作が行なわれた場合に送信原稿の有無に
    応じて発呼送信動作または発呼受信動作を行なう
    フアクシミリ装置において、発呼を行なつた結果
    通信相手が通信中だつた場合に一旦待機状態に復
    帰したのち一定時間経過後に同一通信相手に対し
    再発呼を行なう再発呼制御手段と、この再発呼制
    御手段による再発呼動作の開始時に送信原稿の有
    無を判定し原稿が有る場合に再発呼を許可しかつ
    送信原稿が無い場合には再発呼を禁止する再発呼
    禁止制御手段とを具備したことを特徴とするフア
    クシミリ装置。
