Claims (1)
- チヤンバと、このチヤンバ内に設けられ、かつ
その円周上に基板を配置した回転自在なターンテ
ーブルと、前記基板に所定の角度で対向配置され
、前記基板上に酸水素炎を吹付ける堆積用バーナ
と、前記チヤンバ内に排気口を持つて設けられ、
チヤンバ内に発生したガスを外部に排出する排気
管とを備えたガラス微粒子堆積装置において、前
記排気管の排気口を、前記堆積用バーナの対称位
置に複数個設けたことを特徴とするガラス微粒子
堆積装置。
