信号により前記モータを駆動するパルス信号を出
力する波形整形回路と、前記波形整形回路からの
パルスを増幅する駆動回路と、１２時間周期で予
め設定した時刻にオンする目安回路と、前記目安
スイツチ回路からのオン回数をカウントする２進
カウンタ回路と、前記分周回路からの信号により
アラーム報知用信号を作成するゲート回路と、前
記２進カウンタが前記目安スイツチのオン信号を
２回カウントする毎に前記ゲート回路からの出力
信号により報知音を発生させる報知回路と、を有
する２４時間アラーム付時計において、前記２進
カウンタのカウント状態を表わす表示回路を設け
