Claims (1)
- ポンプハウジングの内部に設けたシリンダ部に
作動ピストンのピストン部を挿入して同ピストン
部の外周に設けた環状溝に嵌込んだシールリング
の外周を同リングの内周側に嵌込んだテンシヨン
リングの押圧力にて前記シリンダ部の内周に気密
的かつ軸方向へ摺動可能に圧接し、前記ピストン
部の一側に吸入用チエツクバルブと吐出用チエツ
クバルブを備えた圧力室を形成するとともに前記
作動ピストンのロツド部をポンプ駆動手段に連結
して、同駆動手段の作用により前記作動ピストン
を軸方向へ往復動させて前記圧力室に気体圧を生
じさせるピストン摺動式気体ポンプにおいて、前
記ポンプハウジングに前記シリンダ部と同軸的な
第２のシリンダ部を設けるとともに前記作動ピス
トンに前記第２のシリンダ部の内周に摺接するガ
イド部を設け、かつ前記作動ピストンのピストン
部における環状溝の内周壁に同ピストン部より硬
質の被覆層を形成したことを特徴とするピストン
摺動式気体ポンプ。
