    ツプシール溝を形成し、該溝に溝形状と対応した
    形状を有するキヤツプシールを嵌合すると共にキ
    ヤツプシールの内周側からＯリングにより押圧力
    を与えてシリンダに嵌挿したことを特徴とする往
    復式真空ポンプ。
