断面図である。 １：エアシリンダ、２：シリンダチユーブ、３
：ロツドカバー、４：ピストン、５：ピストンロ
ツド、６：貫通穴、１１：環状溝、１２：可動パ
ツキン、１５：排出ポート。

Claims (1)
- 一端がロツドカバーにより密閉されたシリンダ
チユーブ内にピストンを移動可能に設け、該ピス
トンに固定したピストンロツドを該ロツドカバー
の貫通穴を通して伸長させたシリンダにおいて、
該貫通穴の内周には軸方向に伸びる環状溝を形成
し、該環状溝内には内径が該ピストンロツドの外
径よりもかなり小さな可動パツキンを環状溝の範
囲内で該ピストンロツドと共に移動可能に設け、
該ロツドカバーには該環状溝とシリンダ室との間
に該貫通穴に通じるチエツク弁付き排出ポートを
設けたことを特徴とするシリンダ。
